Frequently Asked Questions
No, Pest Reports is not an official government website. We are a non-official helper tool designed to assist with pesticide compliance reporting. Always verify local requirements with your county or state authority before submitting reports.
You can try Pest Reports for free without an account. However, an account is required to remove watermarks from exports and save reminders. Creating an account also allows you to save drafts and access your reporting history.
You can export your reports in PDF format (pixel-perfect layout) and CSV format (for data uploads to portals or your own records). Excel export is available for application records. Free accounts include a small watermark on PDF exports.
Our validation checks the format pattern (##-##-##) but does not verify against the official EPA database. Always double-check EPA Reg. Numbers against the product label and official EPA sources before submitting reports.
Pest Reports is designed to work with common reporting formats used across the United States. However, some states may have unique requirements. Always check our State & County Guide and verify with your local authority for state-specific requirements.
After creating your report, click "Add Due-Date Reminder" to generate a calendar file (.ics) that you can import into your calendar app. We default to the 10th of the following month, but you can adjust this if your county has different requirements.
